Brammer announces that John Cumming, finance director will resign from the Board of the Company in July at age 57. Mr Cumming, who was appointed to the Board in 1988, will be taking planned early retirement and will ensure a smooth hand over of responsibilities to his successor, Mr Paul Thwaite. Mr Thwaite has today been appointed finance director of Brammer plc.
