Brammer plc announces the acquisition of Buck & Hickman Brammer, the pan-European added value technical distributor, is pleased to announce that it has conditionally agreed to acquire the business and assets of Buck & Hickman for a total cash consideration of £27.6 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis from Travis Perkins PLC.
