External Sales team
Our External Sales Teams create and manage relationships with customers – they do the selling. A role in External Sales could consist of Key Account Manager, Field Sales Executive, Regional Manager or Technical Sales.
Key Accounts Team
Our Key Accounts Teams are the people that deal with Key Accounts customers. These are typically multi-site customers with whom we have relationships at several places (nationally or at European level) and in several functions (Purchasing, Engineering and Plant Management). Roles here could consist of Key Account Manager, Account Development Manager or Key Account Support roles.
Marketing and Business Development
Our Marketing and Business Development people promote Brammer’s business, by telling people about our services and helping the introduction of new products, roles here could include Marketing Officers and Marketing Managers.
Network Team
Our Branch Network teams are the people who deliver the local service to the customer – whether a small local maintenance engineer or the plant of a multi-national. This team usually consists of Branch Managers, Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Drivers/Stores, and Product Specialists. Often the External Sales Executives are also based at / are part of the Branch.
Supply Chain Team
This team of people handle the ‘Supply Chain’ – they ensure that the service of products promised to the customer by our Network Team is delivered to the customer on time and in full. They consist of the following people; Purchasers, Logistics/Warehouse, Technical Support e.g. Gearbox repair and Product Adaptation.
Support Team
This team ensures that all the ‘back office’ functions work to support sales, purchasing and logistics. They consist of the following people; finance team, systems team, HR team, quality co-ordinators and facilities/properties team
