Through putting in place state of the art stock management processes we can manage your MRO stock directly on your behalf.
- We profile the MRO inventory you require, based on the history of your current and previous usage
- We use this profile to determine the stock you should be holding on a regular basis and the access you need to other critical stock
- We purchase the product you require for the stock profile you need, gaining the optimum price from our extensive range of quality suppliers
- In some cases we can put in place a consignment stock, directly on your premises or in our local branch, whereby you only pay for the stock you use
- We rationalise the number of component manufacturer brands which you use on your production line, for example, by removing duplicates.
For those customers with considerable annual spend on mechanical MRO products we are able to place a ‘branch on your premises’ – an INSITE. This Insite is staffed by Brammer people determined to provide a service so good that you would believe that they are your own employees
We are able to provide training, either directly or through our key suppliers, for your maintenance staff, your engineering staff and your production staff. This training covers up to date information on new processes and products for the production line, on stock planning and profiling and on all other aspects of effective maintenance, repair and overhaul operations
