Brammer plc – Voting Rights and Capital

 

In conformity = with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebook, Brammer her= eby notifies the market of the following:

 

Brammer plc= 217;s capital consists of 52,939,122 ordinary shares with voting rights as at 30 = June 2008. There are no such shares held in treasury.

 

Therefore, the= total number of voting rights in Brammer plc is 52,939,122 as at 30 June 2008.

 

The above figu= re (52,939,122) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calcula= tions by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest = in, or a change of their interest in, Brammer plc under the FSA’s Disclos= ure and Transparency Rules.
