Brammer plc was notified on 2 June 2006 that Mr Svante Adde, a director, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 191p per share on 2 June 2006.

 

Following this purchase Mr Adde now holds an interest in 6,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
