Brammer plc was advised on 04 April 2006 that Mr Paul Thwaite, a director, has purchased for his ISA 3,135 ordinary shares in the Company at 218.5p per share on 04 April 2006.

Following this purchase Mr Thwaite now holds an interest in 35,244 ordinary shares in the Company.
