Brammer plc was advised on 07 April 2006 that Mr Nigel Trend, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 219.65p per share on 06 April 2006.

 

Following this purchase Mr Trend now holds an interest in 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
