Brammer plc was notified on 09 May 2006 that, as of 4 May 2006, T Rowe Price Associates, Inc, on behalf of the T Rowe Price International Discovery Fund hold an interest in 1,950,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.07% of its issued share capital.
