Brammer plc has today been notified that, as at 7 April 2006, T. Rowe
Price Associates, Inc. and the T. Rowe Price International Discovery Fund hold
an interest in 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.13% of
its issued ordinary share capital.
