Brammer plc was notified on 12 April 2006 that Mr Eric Dijkstra, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 1500 ordinary shares in the Company at 219p per share on 12 April 2006.

Following this purchase Mr Dijkstra now holds an interest in 2500 ordinary shares of the Company.
