Brammer plc was today advised by the Trustees of the Brammer Performance Share Plan that on 11 April 2006 the following awards over its ordinary shares under the Company’s Performance Share Plan vested following the achievement of the appropriate performance targets:

The Performance Share Plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting in April 2002.
