Brammer plc was notified on 13 April 2006 that Mr Ian Ritchie, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 223p per share on 13 April 2006.

Following this purchase Mr Ritchie now holds an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
