Brammer plc has today been advised that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a non-beneficial holding in 5,780,761 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 12.08% of its issued ordinary share capital.
