Brammer plc was notified on 14 August 2006 that, as of 11 August 2006, Credit Suisse Asset Management Ltd holds a total interest in 6,097,995 ordinary shares in the Company in its capacity as discretionary fund manager representing 12.74% of the Company’s issued share capital.
