Brammer plc has today been advised that Barclays plc through Gerard Ltd, Barclays Capital Securities Ltd, Barclays Global Investors Ltd and Barclays Life Assurance Co Ltd have (through registered holders) a non-beneficial interest in 1,955,620 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.09% of its issued ordinary share capital.
