Brammer plc has today been advised that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a non-beneficial holding in 5,299,961 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.07% of its issued ordinary share capital.
