Brammer plc (“the Company”)

Brammer plc was advised on 28 March that Mr Neil Rogers, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has purchased 8,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 219.5p per share on 27 March 2006.

Following this purchase, Mr Rogers now holds an interest in 19,884 ordinary shares in the Company.
